Refund Policy:
At Unreallist we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund policy that allows for a refund without returning the item.
Our refund policy applies to the following conditions:

In case the product received is defective, damaged or doesn't match the product description, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price, including any taxes and shipping fees.

If you accidentally placed an order or changed your mind about the purchase, and the order still has not been sent, you can contact us within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will process a full refund for you.
For any of the above conditions, please contact our customer support team via Contact page, and we will initiate the refund process. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
Please note that this policy does not apply to products that have been customised, personalised or made-to-order. In such cases, we can only offer refunds or exchanges for items that are damaged or defective.
